What we collect
If you send a request: your name, your email, the piece you named, the size if you gave one, and anything you choose to write. Nothing else. No account, no password, and no payment details — this site takes no payment.
How it reaches us
The form sends it to an endpoint on this domain, which files it as a draft order in the system we run the maison on, Shopify. Shopify Inc. stores and processes it for us, on servers outside the European Union. If that endpoint is unavailable the form falls back to your own mail client, and the message is then sent by you, to atelier@maisonsvrv.com, and reaches nobody else.
Why we hold it
Because you asked us to reply, and we cannot reply without it. We keep it so the conversation can continue, and for as long as our records require. Ask us and we delete it.
What this site does not do
It sets no cookies while you browse, and carries no analytics, no tracking pixels and no third-party scripts. We do not sell your details, share them, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Your rights
Write to atelier@maisonsvrv.com and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or send it to you. You can object to us holding it at all, and we will act on that.
The controller
The legal entity responsible for this data is being finalised and will be named here before the site is public. TBC
